Saucy onions hotdog or hamburg topping recipes

This recipe is SOOOOO good.. wakes up a plain hotdog,hamburg or sausage.

Slice 4 large onions, saute them in olive oil., till they are soft. Add oregano,salt,pepper,cayenne pepper to taste and two tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook for about 10 minutes, till paste looks cooked.

Than throw in your hotdogs and cook them till they are browned.  Or if you don't want hotdogs than top your sausage or hamburgs with the saucy onions .

I used hotdogs this time. add some relish and mustard and enjoy....
